Before taking the course, I had an abundance of passion, enthusiasm and creativity for my teaching job, but I felt like I couldn't support these qualities with a good knowledge of teaching methods.

In addition, I was always working late everyday preparing for lessons that I began to think that I was too inefficient through lack of structure.

Therefore, I looked into different courses and the CELTA course was the most attractive to me because it was the most widely known, so that I could travel anywhere, anytime and be able to obtain work.

I did the CELTA course in May 2007 and enjoyed being in a student role and learning lots of ways to make teaching interesting, clear and fun.

It also gave me the confidence to know that I was on the right track with lesson preparation, execution and quality, which, in turn, produced high self-satisfaction and student satisfaction-the perfect mix to a rewarding career.
